# VDM

## VDM

VDM is defined as using a vehicle to kill, hurt, or damage another player, or their property by use of any force without having a valid reason to do so. Examples of VDM include(but are not limited to):

* Placing your vehicle in the path of a speeding vehicle (This also falls under NVL)
* Intentionally ramming another vehicle with your own.
* Refusing to stop and RP with an individual you have run over (This also falls under LQRP)
* Deliberately nudging a vehicle that a fleeing player is exiting in order to knock them over.
* Knocking down and or killing another player intentionally using your vehicle.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**VDM:** This will result in an 8-hour ban from the server or 2 days in most severe cases. No one should be using their vehicle to kill other players unless it's part of a scene that validates the use of this action.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://mobtiesroleplay.gitbook.io/mobtiesroleplay/read-our-rules/general-rules/vdm.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
